Workshop: Electricity Consumption Analysis

In this webinar, Georg Benke (e7

will demonstrate what valuable information about energy consumption can be gleaned from the electricity consumption profile of your property and what effective energy-saving measures you can derive from it. The analysis is based on the 15-minute electricity consumption values that you can call up via your smart meter or request free of charge from your grid operator. These values tell you exactly what makes your property tick: For example, how much electricity do you need when it's busy, and how high is your consumption while the business is closed?

Georg Benke has carried out around 500 such analyses in recent years and therefore has extensive experience as a diagnostician who can identify specific savings potential from the load profile curves.

In the second part, Claudia Julius (Senercon) presents the IMPAWATT platform. This free online tool was developed as part of EU projects to help companies improve their energy performance. By entering just a few key data points, companies can assess their own energy efficiency status and identify the most effective savings measures.

These free workshops are offered as part of the EU project EE4SMEs, which aims to provide practical energy efficiency support for small and medium-sized enterprises. The Austrian partners in this project, which is led by the European Chamber of Commerce (Eurochambres) are Wirtschaftskammer Tirol, e7 energy innovation & engineering and Energieinstitut der Wirtschaft.
