Free online workshop for the hotel industry (and all other SMEs) offers bundled practical instructions on how hotel businesses can significantly reduce their energy costs even without major investments.
Tuesday, May 6, 2:00 p.m.
The webinar (MS Teams) is aimed in particular at hotel and catering businesses, but is also of great benefit to other sectors.
Workshop Building Automation Technology
Building Management Systems enable the harmonisation of heating, ventilation and cooling in such a way that they ensure well-being in the building. It is important that these systems not only function without friction, but also utilise energy optimally: Incorrectly set sensors or a jammed valve can often lead to a lot of energy being wasted continuously.
Energy expert Paul Lampersberger (e7) uses anonymised case studies in his presentation to show the potential that can be unlocked by taking a closer look at building management systems. Energy savings of 5 to 10 per cent can often be achieved here without having to invest heavily in hardware, while also improving comfort.
In the second part, Mario Jandrokovic (EIW) presents the photovoltaic platform. The free online ‘partner platform’ helps you to find the right partners for your photovoltaic project. On the PV exchange, you will find various co-operation models that pave the way to a photovoltaic system without investing a lot of time and money. And you will also find the right partner companies for realisation.
These free workshops are offered as part of the EU project EE4SMEs, which aims to provide practical energy efficiency support for small and medium-sized enterprises. The Austrian partners in this project, which is led by the European Chamber of Commerce(Eurochambres) sind Wirtschaftskammer Tirol, e7 energy innovation & engineering und das Energieinstitut der Wirtschaft.
